1 About these terms
These terms form a contract between you and Ss96 Casino Entertainment Ltd., the operator licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority. They cover registration, play, bonuses and payments. By opening or using an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy linked in the footer.
2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a contract, and not be resident in a territory where online casino play is prohibited. One account is permitted per person, household, device and IP address. Accounts are for personal use; you may not play on behalf of anyone else or in the course of a business.
3 Your account
Register with accurate details and keep them current. You are responsible for the secrecy of your login and for all activity under it. Tell support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account to investigate suspected fraud, collusion, chargebacks, or a breach of these terms.
4 Deposits & withdrawals
The minimum deposit is $5. Withdrawals are paid to a verified method in your own name, normally within one to three business days of approval, up to a limit of $50,000 per request; larger balances are paid in instalments. Accounts may be held in AUD, USD or USDT. We do not charge transaction fees, though your provider might. An account with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be treated as dormant and a monthly administration fee applied to any remaining balance.
5 Bonuses & wagering
The welcome offer is a 250% match up to $2,000 plus 100 free spins. Unless a specific promotion says otherwise: bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal; the maximum stake while a bonus is active is limited; some game categories contribute less than 100% to wagering; and free-spin winnings are treated as bonus funds. Attempting to secure a guaranteed profit from a bonus — for example through low-risk betting patterns — voids the bonus and any winnings from it. Full figures are shown on each promotion and in the bonus terms in your account.
6 Fair play
You may not use automated software, bots, or collusion, exploit a game or platform error, or use funds that are not lawfully yours. Where a malfunction affects a game round, that round and any related payout are void. We reserve the right to withhold winnings connected to prohibited conduct pending investigation.
7 Verification & AML
As a licensed operator we must verify identity, age, address and source of funds. We may request documents at any time and will hold withdrawals until checks are complete. Providing false information, or failing to complete verification, can lead to closure of the account and forfeiture of a bonus-derived balance. Deposited funds not yet wagered are returned to source.
8 Liability & availability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for losses caused by connection failures, third-party payment delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the affected transaction amount. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9 Complaints & law
Raise a complaint through any support channel; if it is not resolved, ask for written escalation. An unresolved complaint can be referred to the Malta Gaming Authority. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. We may update them for legal, regulatory or operational reasons and will post the revised version here with a new effective date; material changes are notified in your account.
